This is achieved through a mixed model of ownership and agencies. Service sites are currently operated from Auckland, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, and Dunedin. Citywide has developed this network over 40 + years with modifications as required to meet the ever changing needs of Supermarket operations. 

Our service organisation is enhanced by the recent addition of a solely owned short to medium run manufacturing operation based in Onehunga. With the demise of long run manufacturing in New Zealand in the early to mid 2000's, we recognised the need for this facility and worked hard to implement the same by development and acquisition. 

Citywide now occupies a quite unique position in the market, being a company which imports, manufactures and services a range of product specific to an industry. The service company operates as an integral part of the group and could arguably be said to be the catalyst for future growth in a reasonably specific industry. 

Customers will find an extensive knowledge base ready and able to visit, understand market requirements at reasonable, cost no matter where in the country they are located. This of course is backed by a very informed sales team with a vast knowledge of product And industry requirement.
